At Cartesy Kitchen, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our products and the care that goes into every item we create. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it better.

Eligible Returns

Unopened, unused pantry items (e.g., seasonings, packaged goods) may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Unlit candles and unopened gift items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

All returns must be in original packaging and in sellable condition.
Non-Returnable Items

Perishable food (like gumbo, étouffée, or red beans)

Used candles or opened scent products

Custom gift boxes or sale items (marked final sale)
Exchanges & Store Credit
If you received a damaged item or something isn’t quite right, please reach out within 3 days of delivery and we’ll gladly replace it or offer store credit.

We stand behind every product that leaves our kitchen. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for non-perishable, unused, and unopened items returned within the allowed return window.

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Refundable Items

Perishable items such as seafood gumbo, étouffée, red beans, and other fresh goods

Candles that have been lit or damaged after delivery

Gift cards and sale items marked Final Sale
Store Credit Option
If you're outside the refund window or have an item that can't be returned but still need help, we may be able to offer store credit as a one-time courtesy.

Please contact us at support@cartesykitchen.com within 3 days of delivery if your item arrived damaged or if you believe a refund is needed.
